I thought I was looking at Madison when I saw Danielle’s photo – wow, the girl has really grown. Or is it the pigtails making her look older? Love the pumpkins! They did a really good job!!

Yes, they are brownies! I don’t know if it’s the color that makes the taste or just the fact that they are fresh and come from free range chickens. But you’re right, they sure are good! :)

And it looks like it was a BROWN egg too, right? When I was growing up in Lubbock, we’d head up to Rolla, Missouri, to spend the holidays with my grandparents. They always had brown eggs and Mom would always bring a dozen back just for me. I was convinced (and still am) that they tasted better and had richer yolks.

Just tell the kids that they shouldn’t put, literally, all their eggs in one basket, right? :)

Looks like she’s getting some mad skilz on the field with her fancy footwork! I always liked the kids being involved with soccer (or “footie” as the Brits called it) – so much better than football for this sensitive Mom. And no hard spheres at high speeds coming at my baby’s head with baseball. Soccer is civilized. :)

I miss you guys this time of year the most – Pumpkin Patch visits!! Picnics with the kids when I was up there visiting (Keller/Roanoke). I’m heading up there next week and I hope we get to the Pumpkin Patch during the 2 weeks I’ll be there. I just hope Luke doesn’t pick one up and launch it at me – the kid has an ARM!

Danielle and Cawley must be two of a kind. We haven’t let him sleep with the broom yet; however, we have had to put them in the garage so he will quit knocking stuff off the wall with them. I worry about the coffee pot when he puts the mop in the sink hoping for a little water to use on the floor. In bible class, the teachers give him a wet wipe to clean the table with so he will quit crying. Perhaps they can go into business together.

Hey Gina,
I just saw your comment on Jenny B’s blog that someday you wanted to set your blog to private. I just wanted you to know that I do look at your blog occasionally to see what’s going on with your family. BTW. Love the pictures of Danielle in the sprinkler. Mark always comes in when I’m on the computer and he’s like “Is that a turtle? Where did they go?” We enjoy getting to see pictures since we can’t see you and your family.
